Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We completely understand—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can easily do so through your online client portal, by text, or by calling us at (941) 477-7704.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will result in a $75 service fee. If your service required a booking deposit, that deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Future Bookings
We reserve the right to request a booking deposit for any future appointments—particularly if there’s a history of missed visits. This ensures we can continue to provide every client with the dedicated time and care they deserve.
