Cancellation Policy

At The Laser Lounge Spa Estero, every appointment is intentionally reserved so we can deliver the personalized, high-touch experience you deserve. To respect our team’s time — and the clients waiting for openings — we’ve put a simple, transparent cancellation and no-show policy in place.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We totally understand — life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this through your online client portal, by text, or by calling us at (239) 728-1234.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may result in a $75 service fee. If your service required a booking deposit, that deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Future Bookings

We reserve the right to require a booking deposit for future appointments, especially if there is a history of late cancellations or missed visits. This helps us protect appointment availability and continue providing the level of care every client deserves.
