1. Stay Hydrated. Always.

Water is your skin’s best friend. Continue drinking plenty of water for at least 48 hours after your appointment — it helps reduce inflammation, promote healing, and enhance your results.

Avoid strenuous workouts, saunas, or steam rooms for at least 24–48 hours post-treatment. Keeping your body cool and calm helps your skin recover more comfortably.

Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and heat for several days. Always use a gentle, broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+), even indoors.

Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area unless instructed by your provider. Let your skin rest and heal naturally.

Stick to gentle cleansers and hydrating products. Pause any exfoliants, retinols, or active ingredients for a few days to avoid irritation.

6. Skip Makeup (If You Can).
